March 2026 – We’ve recently transitioned to the new QuickBooks payment system. If you previously purchased a Splash subscription and are experiencing an error during payment, don’t worry.
First, please ensure that all your profile information (name, address, etc.) is up to date. You may also need to remove your saved credit/debit card details and re-enter them before trying again.
